Countless, countless times have I tried to contact this dealership and not once have I had them answer or return my calls, it’s abysmal. I nearly could not purchase my car as a bank transfer needed to be done days prior, which I was not sent the bank details. I contact 3 times and there was never an answer or call back.
My car has also been there for a service and to get my wind deflectors put on (again getting in contact with anyone from this dealership after you buy a car is as hard as climbing Mount Everest). Services are fine and customer service is okay at best. But when I said yes to a clean I did not expect the car to return as the photos show. Some kind of sticky substance was also found (like remnants from a sticker on the paint).
It shows me how little care they take when handling your car and how little they care about your business after purchasing a car from them.
Thanks to Tarmu, our Tucson now has Apple CarPlay, after being told by one dealer they don’t know and will call back and getting no call, Tarmu got in our vehicle in on the spot and had the software update fitted! Even after a small issue when leaving and our steering wheel controls not working she got it back into the workshop and back on the road again! Thanks heaps for the help!
IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A MECHANIC THESE ARNT YOUR PEOPLE
I entrusted my car to them for a service due to the engine light being on and the engine running rough. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with both the quality of their work and their customer service. They inspected the engine, sent me an initial report with basic service needs, and reset the engine light.
However, upon receiving my car back, the engine light reappeared, and the performance issues persisted.
I was emailed a written report a week late after the service with additional reports on why the car was running bad.
Look i'm no mechanic or a customer service professional, but wouldn't it make more sense to tell me the vehicles issues while its in the shop, so I can get it fixed then instead of me having to spend more money booking it in for another service also while causing further damage to the car driving it around.

Great service.Today I was there for my car second time.They did an excellent job.
Soon after I walked in was greeted by Sam Oneill, customer experience officer in new car sales. All I have to say is.. this man and the wider team at this dealership are outstanding. The best experience! Previously, was looking around at low km i30's and was clearly wasting my time. Everything about this purchase was effortless. The finance arrangement was so good that it was 1-2.5% lower than what I had been previously quoted.
What can I say? Well, the pictures might just say it all! A giant thanks to Sam, his team, Michael Nicolo and Shona for being real, respectful and prompt. Truly appreciated.
